چکیده
Abstract Background Much interest has not been placed on the role of chromosomal abnormalities in pathogenesis and rising prevalence infertility recent times. This review was conducted to renew public basis infertility, testing, management. Main text Meiotic post-zygotic mitotic errors may cause infertility-predisposing abnormalities, including Klinefelter syndrome, Jacob Triple X Turner Down syndrome. Chromosomal such as deletion, translocation, duplication, inversion, ring chromosome also predispose infertility. Notable features male include spermatogenic failure, characterized by azoospermia, oligospermia, gonadal dysgenesis, while females premature ovarian insufficiency, amenorrhea, spontaneous abortion, dysgenesis. The risk these is influenced maternal age environmental factors chemical exposure, smoking, alcohol consumption. Most occur spontaneously are treatable. However, early prenatal screening diagnostic tests can lessen effects conditions. There a growing belief that certain diets drugs capable changing gene expressions be formulated neutralize abnormalities. Conclusion during gametogenesis fetal development, respectively, which Couples who at increased risk, particularly those with family history women an advanced (? 35 years), should seek medical advice before getting pregnant.

Genes Predisposing to Monogenic, Polygenic, and Syndromic Obesity: A Review of Current Trends and Prospects for Standard Obesity Genetic Testing
Objective: The burden of obesity is currently enormous, necessitating a novel strategy to complement the existing ones. Accordingly, genetic predisposition is suspected in many cases of the disease, which can potentially be used as therapeutic targets. However, there are differing viewpoints on the suspect genes, prompting the current review to articulate the genes and their mechanisms. Eight (...
متن کاملREVIEW Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities in myeloma
Chromosomal translocations are a hallmark of lymphoid tumours. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a tumour of the plasma cell, the terminally differentiated B lymphoid cell. In recent years, a large number of chromosomal and genetic abnormalities have been detected in myeloma, the most prominent being chromosome 13q deletions and translocations affecting the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) locus on chro...
متن کاملChromosomal Anomalies and Infertility in Farm Animals: A Review
Veterinary cytogenetics is an area of genetics that deals with normal or abnormal chromosomes of animals. Chromosome abnormalities in cattle can cause significant adverse effects on fertility through failure of production of viable gametes or early embryonic death that consequently leads to great economic loss. Chromosomal aberrations can occur as numerical errors or structural rearrangements u...
متن کاملChlamydia testing in infertility management
In the majority of women, chlamydia infections occur during adolescence, and remain asymptomatic. These unrecognized and untreated infections may increase the risk for tubal factor subfertility at a later age. Since the association between chlamydia IgG antibodies in serum and tubal pathology was noticed, chlamydia antibody testing (CAT) has been used in the fertility work-up as an inexpensive ...
